y a todo el municipio para las fechas en las que tiene lugar el Festival de Teatro<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>El Ejido, 1de agosto de 2022.-<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>Las pymes comerciales de los n\u00facleos ejidenses de Almerimar, carretera de acceso y Balerma cuentan con mayor libertad para determinar d\u00edas y horas de apertura en el per\u00edodo estival comprendido entre el 1 de junio y el 30 de septiembre, gracias a estar declarados como Zonas de Gran Afluencia Tur\u00edstica (ZGAT) por parte del Consejo Andaluz de Comercio, en el que est\u00e1n representadas la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, las principales asociaciones empresariales representativas del sector comercial, sindicales y de consumidores, los municipios y provincias de Andaluc\u00eda y toda la red cameral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La edil de Comercio y Turismo, Luisa Barranco, ha recordado que \u201cEl Ejido cuenta con esta declaraci\u00f3n de Zona de Gran Afluencia Tur\u00edstica, que fue renovada en febrero de 2021 y est\u00e1 vigente de forma indefinida. Trabajamos por conseguir esta calificaci\u00f3n ya que entend\u00edamos que es una manera de apoyar a nuestro comercio, crear empleo y dar respuesta a los consumidores en \u00e9pocas en las que El Ejido recibe a un importante n\u00famero de visitantes\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ejido fue el primer municipio de Almer\u00eda en recibir la calificaci\u00f3n que se aplica atendiendo a dos criterios diferenciados: por un lado, se circunscribe a la zona costera de Almerimar y Balerma para los periodos de Semana Santa y verano; y por otro, comprende a todo el municipio para las fechas en las que tiene lugar el Festival de Teatro de la localidad, que suele celebrarse entre mediados de mayo y junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La declaraci\u00f3n como ZGAT favorece una mayor competitividad para el comercio y el turismo, fortaleciendo al peque\u00f1o comercio, facilitando la creaci\u00f3n de empleo y ofreciendo unos mejores servicios a vecinos y visitantes. De esta forma, se da respuesta al aumento de poblaci\u00f3n que se produce en estas zonas durante el verano y el festival de Teatro, lo que permite a los peque\u00f1os comercios una mayor libertad
